As part of the Palestine East project with the Restoring Vacant Lots Program, HCA and our partners Vireo and the Center for Neighborhoods are working to engage the local residents and gather feedback and input on the reuse plan which includes the two draft design concepts. At the beginning of August HCA and members of the Palestine East Community Advisory Board knocked on doors in the community to inquire about their opinions for the reuse options and to invite them to the public meeting on August 25.
