Project title: Renewing the Blue: Restoring Land, Water, and Community Canopy

Scope: Heartland Conservation Alliance of Kansas City, Missouri, invites proposals from qualified companies with ecological restoration expertise and services to remove invasive species and install native vegetation. Riparian restoration zones are located along the Blue River from 23rd to 53rd Street. Complete bid requirements and project details are provided in the HCA ARPA 2025–2028 RFP and accompanying project presentation.

Project title: Blue River Greenway Vision

Scope: HCA is seeking a consultant/s with marketing and communications expertise to refine messaging and create marketing collateral for the Blue River Greenway Vision. The marketing collateral is to be a range of public-facing materials that informs and engages consumers (including the general public, potential donors, and elected officials in the Kansas City metro area) about the benefits of implementing the Blue River Greenway.
